I thought about going with another company, but I didn't like the idea of adding more water to clean the carpets with when we already live in a "wet" state, so I opted for emerald Valley and the result was more than I'd hoped for. Tiger and Austin were polite, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them. (oh....and the drying time was cut in half!)
